Sweet Apothecary

I am sitting here holding a package of drugs. I woke up this morning wishing I could fall straight back to sleep. However despite the fact that I should have felt tired, I did not. Instead I felt like I would be better off dead.
So for the second time in the past few months (in fact, for the second time in my life), I purchased some pain killers. My stubborn nature is crying out not to subscribe to the ways of the stressed-out Acetaminophen gobbling urban bustlers.
But the fact that I'm writing this post with only one eye open suggests that I may not have a very restful weekend otherwise. And I may be lynched if I miss yet another week in the choir.

Wow there's a blast from the past. Takes you back to a time when things were simpler...
-You could always count on some hearty deep-fried food: chicken, potatoes, omelettes, salads...
-Someone would always be playing Euchre in the lounge.
-I would always make it to nine points in settlers, but never ten.
-And of course, I would never be murdered yet always lynched.

The caf just hasn't been the same since Joyce quit. Oh, and did you hear that Ron isn't working there, either?

And I miss the Sunken Lounge Club. :(

I hope you feel better I.T guy. Is it possible to lock yourself in your bedroom for all of sunday afternoon and actually get some rest? That stress will catch up with you soon if you don't take it easy a bit.

Hope you're feeling better Andrew. Being sick is no fun. I also hope you're finding time to enjoy the new place!
